On November 19th ,2023, Leaders World University conferred upon Dr. Susan Etchu an Honorary Doctoral award in Leadership and personal development. This was done by the Vice-Chancellor of the University, Prof. Eyabi Gilbert, who expressed his pride and admiration for her hard work. The ceremony took place at the Global Assemblies event Hall, Baltimore Maryland, and was graced by the presence of the Grand-Chancellor Dr. Bernard J. Nwaka, the Chancellor Dr. Ralph Etchu, and other dignified members of the Academic core.
Dr. Susan Etchu is currently a Ph.D. candidate at Liberty University Virginia, USA, and her commitment to academic excellence is evident with an earned 4.0 GPA. However, it is her remarkable contributions beyond the academic sphere that distinguish her as a leader of unparalleled influence.
One of Dr. Susan’s standout achievements is the establishment of the Excelling Ladies Bootcamp, a platform devoted to addressing the leadership and self-development needs of female leaders and entrepreneurs around the world. Through this initiative and others like Destiny Women of Excellence and the DEWEX Girls’ Academy, she has left an indelible mark on the lives of countless individuals, empowering them to maximize their potential. Dr. Susan is also the founder and host of The Leader’s World, a talk show that brings topnotch leadership insights to thousands of viewers and helps influence the leadership thought processes for transformation.
Dr. Susan is the Vice-President (in charge of training) for Leaders World Institute which has been building, equipping, and training leaders internationally since 2017. As a certified coach, speaker, and trainer, Susan uses her wealth of leadership experience and content creation abilities to help usher individuals and organizations into their next levels.
Her influence extends beyond borders, as evidenced by her role as an international alumna and national faculty member at the Haggai Institute in Cameroon. Her consecutive nominations as the best faculty in the nation and the institute president’s recommendation for further leadership training in Francophone Africa, speak volumes about the influence Dr. Susan wields in the leadership space. She has published five impactful books, and participated in talks, seminars, and mentorship programs.
In her acceptance speech, Dr. Susan Etchu expressed her gratitude for the honor bestowed upon her by the institution. She highlighted the importance of her achievements and emphasized her commitment to the continuous transformation to humanity that her work brings.
